Positive thinking is one of the cornerstones of spiritual training and growth through Kabbalah and Jewish spiritualism. The phrase, "Think good and it will be good" became a way of life for the Kabbalists of Tzfat and their followers.
This lecture is based on a treatment method known as "Bach's Flowers". Dr. Bach ground 38 organic concentrates from common flowers, and adapted each one for treating emotional and mental blocks that may lead to physical disease. Dr. Bach, like the Rambam and other great early physicians, believed in the close relationship between the body and soul, and espoused the idea that behind every physical malady stands an emotional cause, and that every poor quality is only a virtue waiting to be revealed.
In this lecture, we discuss the different reasons for illnesses that stem from emotional states and how we can change our patterns of thinking in order to help the body heal itself. The parallel connection between the body and soul according to the Kabbalah will be emphasized. We will learn positive statements and new definitions that we can now enter into our brain, and become acquainted in a nutshell with the method and how to control our thoughts and create a positive and desirable reality. We will discuss the power of the word, thoughts and of prayer.
The participants will also receive homework, which are statements with which they will have to work for three weeks. We will study diagnosis using Bach's flowers, the different types represented by the concentrates, taking care of children and infants and much, much more.
